Meet the Founder

Sarah (she/they) is a licensed and certified occupational therapist (OT) in the United States who founded The Sensory Coach and The Sensory U Community out of her passion for helping people discover their sensory differences. As one of her clients once said, “None of us are broken. We’re just different.” Sarah loves guiding her clients to gain understanding and appreciation of how their and their loved ones’ brains are wired.

Learning

Self-paced course content designed to help you up-level your understanding of yourself, improve your ability to regulate, and build confidence in advocating for yourself with others.

Group Calls

Join live (or watch recordings) of regularly scheduled group calls to connect with others who are on a similar self-discovery and empowerment journey. Topics vary and are based on group interest and support needs. The current call schedule alternates between Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm Central Time (US). New calls may be added to accommodate new members.

Discussions

Members have access to a private forum where you can engage in members-only discussions, access group call recordings (available for 30 days), and share resources with other group members.
