By signing up for Sensory University (hereafter, “Sensory U”), you will have access to:
- Regularly Updated “Course” Content
- Weekly Group Calls
- Private Sensory U Community
- Personalized Feedback & Recommendations
Sensory U is an educational platform provided by The Sensory Coach, Inc. The content, including courses, group calls, and personalized feedback, is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or implementing recommendations.
The terms and conditions may be subject to change, and users may need to accept any modifications.
Membership Terms
- Memberships are non-transferable. Do not share your login. While some materials may be shared with others in your life, each participant must have their own account to fully engage in the program.
- Most memberships automatically renew based on the frequency selected at registration. Access is limited to active members.
- If you cancel and membership fees have increased, you will be ineligible to rejoin at your original rate or discount.
- For auto-renewing memberships, if your saved payment method is declined, we will attempt to contact you. If payment is not updated within 30 days, your membership will be canceled and access suspended.
- Results vary based on individual engagement. While we do not offer refunds, we welcome the opportunity to support you in getting the most from the program.

The Sensory Coach Inc. is a registered entity in the state of Illinois, United States of America.
Intellectual Property
All Sensory U content is the protected intellectual property of The Sensory Coach Inc. or the individual instructors. Anyone who replicates, modifies, distributes, or shares the content without prior authorization will have their membership revoked and may be subject to fines.
Courses
Membership grants you access to all Sensory U courses as they become available. You will be notified by email as well as in the community group when new courses are posted. Individual courses may be offered to non-members, and you may be prompted to register and pay if you attempt to access a course without logging into the client portal first.
Community Access
Membership includes access to a private community group, weekly group calls, and special events. Participants are expected to abide by the following conditions:
- Confidentiality: Information shared in the community forum and during group calls is to be kept confidential by all participants.
- Liability: Sensory U moderators and instructors are expected to uphold the community standards but cannot be held responsible for the actions of any damage caused or incurred by users, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
- Usage Restrictions: Any illegal or unethical behavior, including excessive promotion of other programs and resources, may result in account suspension or termination.
- Acceptable Activities: Users are allowed to use strong language (expletives) and mild crude humor, so long as the content is not deemed offensive.
- Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from spamming, harassing, or sharing offensive content, including, but not limited to:
- Hate speech, bigotry, and bullying in regard to gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, neurological and mental differences, physical differences, appearances, age, class, religion, culture, or any other differences
- Pornographic images or language
- Repeated promotion of external events, programs, or resources
- Soliciting others for financial or sexual favors or exchanges.
