This call focused on identity, inspiration, and relating to others, as well as regulation & emotional safety. We reviewed some course resources and set the stage for our final two calls.
This call included a guided mindfulness practice, an announcement of an upcoming break, and a discussion on the pillars of identity and regulation.
We began the call with a reflective practice centered on “presence, existence, and being,” emphasizing that identity is multidimensional and fluid rather than static. We briefly explored different dimensions of awareness—physical, mental, energetic, and “just being”.
This week’s theme was exploring the contrast of present moment awareness with other operating states.
